Book Summary: Option B

Remember the three Ps:

  1. Pervasiveness
  2. Permanence
  3. Personal

Nothing is so strong that it affects all of your life. Be it good or bad! So be humble of failures of success.
Nothing lasts forever, no grief or happiness
Nothing is personal. Life isn’t fair. Just deal with it.

Share Your Feelings

It’s okay to feel anything and not being judgemental about it. If possible, you could share your feeling with others or journal them.

Learn to Rebound

If you get an F, you should give back A+. Face adversity, criticism, negativity, problems, a crisis with the excellence of character. That means remembering the three Ps, being hopeful and generous.

Take Chances

A risky life is colorful, never dull. But make sure your risks have a reversibility that means do not commit to a risk that has permanent results. A few examples are compromising on your integrity, losing health and relations.

Be Open to Criticism

Compliments are always welcome. However, criticism makes you better. Try to get feedback from your colleagues, family, and friends, forever, to pursue perfection.

Biggger the Failure, Biggger the Success

A big failure demands better scrunity. Each failure leads you closer to success. SpaceX lost three trials for their rockets before it worked out. ISRO lost many space missions before learning to perfect the art.
